Shipping

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in the USA will usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. But it depends on where the product is coming from. We Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship worldwide! Shipping is Calculated at checkout.

If the shipping cost seems off, feel free to send us an email and we will get you the best possible price.

We handle returns fairly. In most cases, shipping charges incurred to you will not be refunded, unless it is a fault of our own, such as an incorrect product sent. If the return is initiated by the customer due to something that is not a fault of K2, such as the customer decieding they no longer want the product, we would then have the customer pay for the return shipping. a restocking fee may be charged if items are not resellable as new or returnable to our suppliers. Restocking fees vary but are typically 10-25%. If the item had FREE SHIPPING, please understand that K2 Industries did pay to ship it to you, therefore, you will not be refunded the actual outgoing freight charge for that item.

Every case is handled a little differently depending on circumstances and we do try very hard to be fair.

Understanding Car Production Cycles: A Quick Guide

Most cars have a production period (chassis life) of around 4 to 6 years. During this time, manufacturers often introduce minor improvements—both in design and engine performance—about 2 to 3 years after the initial chassis release. This practice helps keep the car's appearance fresh and stimulates the market.

Here's a breakdown:

  • Pre-Facelift: The first half of the production period, before any manufacturer updates.
  • Facelift: The second half, occurring after the manufacturer makes enhancements to the chassis. For BMW vehicles, this is often referred to as "Life Cycle Impulse" (LCI).

Life Cycle Impulse (LCI):
In BMW terms, LCI is equivalent to a facelift or update in an existing series, done to keep the vehicles current and stimulate sales.

Why It Matters:
When ordering parts, it's crucial to know whether your car is pre-facelift or post-facelift (LCI). Check your car's year and model to ensure you order the right part.
