This optional service, available at checkout for a small fee, safeguards your package against loss, theft, or damage during shipment. In case of an issue, you can file a claim through Extend's user-friendly portal, Kaley, and receive a replacement quickly.
How do I purchase an Extend Shipping Protection Plan?
Simply select the plan during checkout. This plan covers your entire order, offering protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit, regardless of the number of items you purchase.

What Products are Covered?
The plan covers physical goods shipped within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. While most items are eligible, some exceptions may apply. Partnering with merchants ensures eligible items are covered.
What Situations are Not Covered?
Certain issues require contacting K2 Industries directly:

- Order errors (incorrect size, color, product)
- Missing items from undamaged packages
- Mechanical or electrical defects
Other claims may be denied for the following reasons:

- Recipient refusal of delivery

Coverage Details
- When coverage starts: Coverage begins when the shipping carrier scans the package and lasts until delivery.
- What’s covered: Lost or damaged goods during shipment are covered, but damages after delivery are not.
- Claim filing window: You must file claims for damaged items within 60 days of delivery.
When to File a Claim
- Damaged Packages: File a claim immediately upon delivery.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Wait five business days after the estimated delivery date to allow for potential delays.

Track your package. If "In Transit" persists for more than five days or "Delivered" shows but the package isn't there after five days, file a claim.
