Freight Delivery Required
Duraflex products ship by freight due to size. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery — you must respond to avoid delays or re-delivery fees.
Signature Required
An adult must be present to sign. The driver cannot leave the package without a signature.

- Note any damage on the delivery slip
If you sign “received in good condition,” damage claims cannot be approved.
