What does your warranty cover?
1 year against manufacturing defects: cracking, warping, paint peeling, hardware failure, fitment issues caused by the part being made wrong. Does NOT cover installation damage (you cracked it bolting it on), road damage (curb rash, rock chips), or normal wear. If it breaks because we made it wrong, we replace it free. If it breaks because you hit a parking block, that's on you. We're fair about it. Send photos and we'll tell you honestly if it's covered.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Roof rails a proper fit for my Ford Transit Connect - SWB. Some concern about the threaded connectors, wondering if rivnuts might offer stronger attachment.

Took 2 weeks to deliver with standard shipping. But well worth the wait. Install took 25 minutes with minimal tools and the lights look amazing. Fitment is perfect and the quality is excellent. Its kinda pricey but you get what you pay for with ntxglow products. Highly recommend!
They look amazing, and after using ChatGPT to help me understand how to install them (because the instructions were not very helpful whatsoever), I’m glad with how they turned out. My problems are that the lights aren’t too bright, the instructions weren’t helpful, and the arrival date was wrong, even if they arrived early.
Installation was super easy, you just have to line everything up right, i’d recommend using green frog tape! Really brings the rear end of the car together, looks amazing!
This isn’t on K2, but the lenses came
In which I was thrilled about. I’d already removed my OEM lenses from their housings. The passenger side lense fit well and mostly flush. The driver side, however, looks like it was slightly warped and caused poor fitment and what looks like a small dip in the red portion of the lense. I had no choice but to use them, as my OEM lenses were no longer usable. It can be very difficult to get replacement lenses in a timely manner for a Del Sol. I drive my car everyday, so I had to just go with it. Again, not a K2 issue but presumably the manufacturer.
This rear bumper fits great the only thing is the trunk button on the bottom is cut a little to wide but that’s an easy fix it looks great and definitely makes the rear look more aggressive. I love it!
The box was a little crushed, but the line was packed well and it wasn't a problem. The instructions are 3 pages of color pictures and lots of explanations. Very nice. The line itself is a very nice bit of kit with a swivel AN line end that allows a No-tension install. No leaks so far and it looks great. It came with new banjo bolts and copper crush washers. The only criticism I have is that I would have liked this hose coated in black so it disappears like the original, but it does look good, so I don't mind.
Lights look awesome, they are for my daughter’s BRZ and she loves them!
You will need to swap two wires in the harness for the DRLs to change color. The picture shows you the sequence by color.
Not a fan of how thick the sides are on these vent pieces. I feel as if they would have been fine if they kept the oem size on the sides and just made them.
