Overview: Your 2022–2024 Ford Maverick already has a great look, but the factory headlights leave a lot on the table. Between the chrome bezels and reflector optics, they don’t match the rest of the truck. Form Lighting LED Headlights for the Ford Maverick are a complete OE-style replacement designed to clean up the front end and deliver a serious performance upgrade. With fully blacked-out housings, a triple projector LED setup, a startup sequence, and sequential amber turn signals, they give your Maverick a modern OEM-plus appearance with a noticeable upgrade in light output.


Blacked Out Styling: The first thing you notice is the housing. These headlights feature a fully blacked-out internal design that eliminates the factory chrome and gives the Maverick a more aggressive, finished look from every angle. Even trucks equipped with the Black Appearance Package still have chrome visible in the headlights, and these remove it completely. The result is a more modern front end that looks like it belongs on the truck from the factory.


Triple Projectors: These headlights are more than a styling upgrade. While the factory Maverick headlights rely on reflector optics, Form Lighting headlights use a triple projector design for improved output and a sharper cutoff. Two bi-LED projectors handle the low beams, and when you activate the high beams, a dedicated third projector kicks on for additional reach. The result is a noticeable increase in visibility, a sharper cutoff, and a beam pattern designed for confident daily driving.


Startup Sequence: When the lights turn on, the C-light comes to life with a smooth startup sequence that adds a premium touch, especially at night. After the animation completes, the DRL remains on for a look that ties the entire front end together. If you prefer a more traditional look, the startup sequence can be disabled so the DRL illuminates without the animation.


Sequential Turn Signal: These headlights feature a modern sequential LED turn signal that activates in a smooth sweeping pattern when signaling, adding a modern look compared to the factory turn signal. The sequential function can be disabled during installation if preferred, for a clean, static turn signal.


OEM-Grade Construction: Form Lighting headlights are built with quality in mind, using OE-grade materials and design techniques. This includes durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. They are assembled in an IATF 16949-certified facility, which is a quality management system designed for the automotive industry. While they may not be the cheapest option you’ll find, you can rest assured that these lights will provide durable and superior performance.


Road Legal: Form Lighting headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada, when installed and aimed properly - which is easy to do with the integrated screw-type adjusters.


Plug-and-Play: Our headlights for the Maverick are completely plug-and-play and will fit perfectly, without any gaps. They were designed to plug into your factory headlight connector, with no wiring modifications needed. No errors, flickering, or hyperflashing! Adapters are also included to power the running lights, if your Maverick doesn’t come with daytime running lights (non-DTRL) from the factory.


Two-Year Warranty: All Form Lighting products are rigorously tested for reliability, and backed by a two-year warranty.     FAQs

    Are these street-legal or off-road only?

    Depends on the certification — SAE-rated lights are street legal in most states, ECE/E-mark in Europe, and uncertified "off-road only" lights are for trails and competition. The certification for this product is in the spec sheet.

    Do I need a wiring harness and switch panel?

    Most off-road lights need a wiring harness with relay and fuse. Some include a basic harness; others require you to buy one separately. A switch panel gives you clean dash control if you're running more than one light.

    Can I install this myself?

    If you're comfortable with basic 12V wiring, yes. If you've never wired auxiliary lights, a shop install is the safer call — bad wiring can drain your battery or cause electrical issues.

    How bright are these compared to factory lights?

    Premium off-road LEDs are 5-10x the lumen output of OEM headlights. They're designed to light up trails and fields. Exact lumens and beam pattern are in the spec sheet.

    This isn’t on K2, but the lenses came In which I was thrilled about. I’d already removed my OEM lenses from their housings. The passenger side lense fit well and mostly flush. The driver side, however, looks like it was slightly warped and caused poor fitment and what looks like a small dip in the red portion of the lense. I had no choice but to use them, as my OEM lenses were no longer usable. It can be very difficult to get replacement lenses in a timely manner for a Del Sol. I drive my car everyday, so I had to just go with it. Again, not a K2 issue but presumably the manufacturer.

    The box was a little crushed, but the line was packed well and it wasn't a problem. The instructions are 3 pages of color pictures and lots of explanations. Very nice. The line itself is a very nice bit of kit with a swivel AN line end that allows a No-tension install. No leaks so far and it looks great. It came with new banjo bolts and copper crush washers. The only criticism I have is that I would have liked this hose coated in black so it disappears like the original, but it does look good, so I don't mind.

Freight usually runs $150-$300 depending on size and your location. We know it's expensive. We negotiate the best rates we can. If you're ordering multiple large parts, text us.     How long will it take to receive my order?
