JDM Style Rear View Mirror Pinstripes

These door mirror stripes will give your vehicle a unique appearance. They install over your mirror covers in a matter of seconds. This material is durable and will last for years. Please browse our store if you are looking for other 2015+ WRX / STI products or products for a different model.

INSTALLATION

Clean the mirror cover and wet the pinstripe overlay. This allows it to be moved into position with ease. The material is forgiving in general if it needs to be lifted again so that you can apply more water or a soapy water mixture. The hair dryer can be used to encourage adhesion. Test the overlay with small amounts of heat and then use more. General rules for heating the material are if you wouldn't heat your hand to that temperature, don't heat the material to that temperature. INSTALLATION IS SIMPLE!

Will these fit my exact vehicle?

Designed for the listed fitment. Some vehicles have variations between trims (manual vs power fold, heated vs non-heated) — confirm yours before ordering.

Are these direct replacements or overlays?

The spec sheet tells you whether these are full replacement caps or overlays that mount over your existing caps. Both styles are available depending on SKU.

Do they ship painted?

Most carbon fiber caps ship in raw or clear-coated carbon. Painted color-matched caps are available on select SKUs — check the variant options.

How are they installed?

Replacement caps clip into the OEM mounting points. Overlay caps use 3M automotive adhesive. Install videos for most vehicles are easy to find on YouTube.

They look amazing, and after using ChatGPT to help me understand how to install them (because the instructions were not very helpful whatsoever), I’m glad with how they turned out. My problems are that the lights aren’t too bright, the instructions weren’t helpful, and the arrival date was wrong, even if they arrived early.

This isn’t on K2, but the lenses came In which I was thrilled about. I’d already removed my OEM lenses from their housings. The passenger side lense fit well and mostly flush. The driver side, however, looks like it was slightly warped and caused poor fitment and what looks like a small dip in the red portion of the lense. I had no choice but to use them, as my OEM lenses were no longer usable. It can be very difficult to get replacement lenses in a timely manner for a Del Sol. I drive my car everyday, so I had to just go with it. Again, not a K2 issue but presumably the manufacturer.

The box was a little crushed, but the line was packed well and it wasn't a problem. The instructions are 3 pages of color pictures and lots of explanations. Very nice. The line itself is a very nice bit of kit with a swivel AN line end that allows a No-tension install. No leaks so far and it looks great. It came with new banjo bolts and copper crush washers. The only criticism I have is that I would have liked this hose coated in black so it disappears like the original, but it does look good, so I don't mind.

What if the part arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

Depending on where you're located, small parts can ship free. Large parts like bumpers, hoods, and body kits require freight shipping. Uou'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Freight usually runs $150-$300 depending on size and your location. We know it's expensive. We negotiate the best rates we can. If you're ordering multiple large parts, text us. We can sometimes combine shipping and save you money. We're not hiding fees in the final step. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
