Carbon Creations products ship via freight truck delivery due to size, weight, and fragility. To ensure a smooth delivery, please read the requirements below:

• You must confirm the appointment — missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees billed to the customer.

• Someone 18+ must be present at the delivery address.

📸 Inspection Required at Delivery

Because Carbon Creations aero parts are large and fragile, inspection is required at the time of arrival:

• Inspect the box before signing.

• If you see ANY damage, you must note it on the delivery slip or refuse the shipment.

• Take full photos + video of the box and the product during unboxing.
