Fiberglass-reinforced plastic front lip that bolsters the lower bumper with aggressive CT-R styling. Requires Surface Prep, ready for your finish. One-piece construction keeps installation straightforward and lines clean.
Will this interfere with my trunk seal or create gaps at the bumper line?
The CT-R lip profile is designed to sit flush with OEM bumper geometry. Before installation, verify your bumper's mounting surface is clean and true. Any warping or damage to the factory bumper will cause misalignment—address that first to ensure a tight seam.
Should I glue this on or drill through for fasteners?
FRP lips perform best with both adhesive and mechanical fasteners. Use a quality automotive adhesive rated for composite-to-plastic bonding, then reinforce with fasteners at the factory mounting points. This dual approach provides long-term stability at speed and resists vibration loosening.
What kind of prep work does the Raw FRP finish require?
Sand the surface lightly with fine-grit sandpaper to open the primer coat and improve topcoat adhesion. Wipe clean with a tack cloth before painting. The primer layer seals the FRP and accepts color coat directly—no additional primer is needed if you're using standard automotive paint.

It's designed for the fitment listed on this page. If your model has multiple bumper options (M Sport, GT, RS), confirm which one you have before ordering — these are specific to the bumper style.
Most ship unpainted (raw composite, primer, or raw carbon). Some carbon fiber lips ship pre-finished with clear coat. The spec sheet on this page tells you what to expect.
Yes — most lips and diffusers are bolt-on or 3M tape-on, 30-90 minutes with basic tools. Some require drilling, which is permanent, so check the spec sheet for the mounting method before you start.
Most lips and splitters ship standard parcel (UPS/FedEx). Larger one-piece splitters may ship freight. Either way, shipping covers insured delivery and damage replacement.
Parts ship unpainted and require professional prep, prime, and paint before final installation. Minor adjustments during fitting are normal and expected, this is how custom builds get a factory-quality result.

Yes. Duraflex parts are engineered for professional prep, prime, and paint. They're built for builders doing a proper custom finish. Your body shop has almost certainly worked with Duraflex before, it's the most widely used fiberglass aero brand in the aftermarket.
Your shop will sand, test-fit, smooth any minor imperfections, prime, and paint to your exact color spec. Minor waves or uneven edges on raw fiberglass are completely normal and are addressed during prep, this is standard for any custom aero build.
Duraflex parts are designed to fit within acceptable custom aero tolerances. Because they're flexible fiberglass rather than OEM plastic, minor adjustments during fitting are normal and expected. Your body shop will dial in the gaps during the test-fit stage before paint.
