The all-new AutoTecknic Dry Carbon Competition Plus Trunk Spoiler for the F90 M5 and the G30 5-Series. This spoiler is made of light-weight carbon fiber material utilizing AutoTecknic's signature autoclave forming process to give it superior strength and rigidity. With this brand new design, the AutoTecknic Competition trunk spoiler will give your F90 M5 and G30 5-Series a more aggressive look that you've always wanted.
Dry carbon fiber's name comes from its manufacturing process. Dry carbon fiber is formed by using a "pre-preg" or impregnated piece of carbon materials. This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold, and then into a sealed vacuum (autoclave) to properly cure. This particular method creates the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the “wet” method. The autoclave vacuuming process of making dry carbon means that there are fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets that form in the carbon. Dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced.
This spoiler is made with 100% carbon fiber and comes in a glossy carbon fiber finish. Before each new product is released to the public, they will go through rigorous tests and quality control to ensure the quality you expect. The installation will take no longer than 30 min as no drilling is required.
Please note: This spoiler must be installed via Betalink Automotive Body Panel Adhesive. Please add it to your order if you do not already have this available.
