- NOTE ** This is not an actual replacement of the headlight, it is a vinyl overlay that sticks on top of the existing headlight.
How to Install
For Best Results
Tools: Heat Gun or Blow Dyer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee
- Rinse / Soap the top portion of your headlight to get rid of dust and debris prior to application
- Peel off Eye-lid Overlay
- Align the eyelid from the top portion of your headlight closest to the fender and work your way down towards the middle of the bumper where the headlight meets the bumper
- Make sure you have a padded card or soft glove to put on your fingers to begin applying the overlay on the light. If not, your fingers will work
- Align the curve of the headlight and the edge next to the fender and the rest should fall into place, lift as you need if a bubble or wrinkle forms.
- If using your fingers, start from one edge of the overlay working your way towards the other end of the overlay. Swipe left and right gradually to reduce bubbles
- If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion
- If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge
- If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles.
- For BLACK OUT, AFTER INSTALL MAKE SURE TO REMOVE the thin plastic cover sheet.
- For the Best application, use water underneath and squeegee out the water once desired placement is met. (This Method only works if the backing has Oracle on it)
