    About our 16% Pulley‚ When M7 was looking to add a pulley to our existing product offering, we realized that it had to be better and have that M7 "out-of-the-box" engineering and mindset. The M7 Supercharger Technology Pulley features a 16% reduction and a number of improvements over stock and other aftermarket pulley designs.Our revised design for 2014 allows the pulley to be easily positioned deeper onto the supercharger shaft for proper belt alignment.‚ We added shoulders to the outside of the pulley to help prevent the belt from walking off of the pulley surface if you have a weak tensioner or the belt stretches at extreme RPM events. Our proprietary taper-loc shaft locking system offers the highest locking force to the supercharger shaft at the lightest weight. The M7 taper-loc is superior to any other design on the market....PERIOD! This high grip taper-lock system offers both ease of installation and slip free supercharger performance. By design, the assembly is 100% balanced out of the box. The drive belt grooves are machine to exacting SAE-J1459 specifications.

    The M7 SC Overdrive Pulley also incorporates an active cooling system that pulls in cool air through the holes in the pulley shoulder, keeping belt temperature down. Made from high quality aircraft grade billet steel and gold zinc plated for corrosion resistance and years of trouble-free performance.‚

    About our 0% and 4% Crank Pulley‚ ‚ This beautiful design is a result of extensive computer modeling and CNC machining. A hard anodized coating was added to protect your investment from the elements and ensure a lifetime worth of use. The V-Belt grooves are machined to exacting SAE-J1459 specifications for minimum belt slippage at maximum boost. At 0.99 lbs, the lightweight M7 4% Crank Pulley assists in reducing rotational mass, which in turn increases horsepower, torque and throttle response. Use this in combination with the M7 16% Supercharger Technology Pulley for maximum performance and boost yourself to the next level of MINI tuning and performance. Now comes with a brand new high quality ARP bolt and hardened washer for an extra level of assurance.

FAQs

Will this require a tune after installation?

Bolt-ons like exhaust tips, cat-backs, and basic intakes usually don't. Larger mods — turbo upgrades, supercharger kits, headers — typically need an ECU tune to run safely. The spec sheet indicates if tuning is recommended.

Is this part emissions / CARB compliant?

If you're in California or another CARB-regulated state, check the CARB status on this page before ordering. Many performance parts are off-road or competition use only — if so, we say it clearly.

Will installing this void my factory warranty?

Modifications can affect manufacturer warranty on related components only — not your entire warranty. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects you from blanket warranty voids. If warranty matters to you, talk to your dealer before installing.

Can I install this myself?

This isn’t on K2, but the lenses came In which I was thrilled about. I’d already removed my OEM lenses from their housings. The passenger side lense fit well and mostly flush. The driver side, however, looks like it was slightly warped and caused poor fitment and what looks like a small dip in the red portion of the lense. I had no choice but to use them, as my OEM lenses were no longer usable. It can be very difficult to get replacement lenses in a timely manner for a Del Sol. I drive my car everyday, so I had to just go with it. Again, not a K2 issue but presumably the manufacturer.

The box was a little crushed, but the line was packed well and it wasn't a problem. The instructions are 3 pages of color pictures and lots of explanations. Very nice. The line itself is a very nice bit of kit with a swivel AN line end that allows a No-tension install. No leaks so far and it looks great. It came with new banjo bolts and copper crush washers. The only criticism I have is that I would have liked this hose coated in black so it disappears like the original, but it does look good, so I don't mind.

If you're not 100% certain, text us at 772-277-2495 with your VIN or photos of your car. We'll verify fitment before you order so you're not stuck with an $800 part that doesn't fit. We've done this for 30,000+ builds. We've seen every weird trim combo and factory option. Takes us 2 minutes to verify, saves you weeks of headaches.

What if the part arrives damaged or is the wrong item?

We handle it. You don't fight with freight companies or file claims. Text us photos within 48 hours of delivery. If it's damaged or wrong, we ship a replacement immediately. You're not waiting 6 weeks for a freight claim to process. We eat the cost, not you. This is why we package everything like it's going to war. But if something slips through, we fix it ASAP. How much does shipping cost and when will I see the total?

Depending on where you're located, small parts can ship free. Large parts like bumpers, hoods, and body kits require freight shipping. Uou'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Freight usually runs $150-$300 depending on size and your location. We know it's expensive. We negotiate the best rates we can. If you're ordering multiple large parts, text us. We can sometimes combine shipping and save you money. We're not hiding fees in the final step. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
