This four-panel roof system includes two panels over the front seats, one over the rear seat, and a rear section with integrated glass and hatch. The rear hardtop panel features recesses to accommodate Ford’s optional roof rack assembly for added versatility.
Constructed using a vacuum-infused process, the hardtop is crafted with eight layers of woven fiberglass cloth, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. Finished in a temporary matte gray coating, this hardtop requires standard pre-paint preparation, including sanding and primer, for customization to your desired color. While occasional surface blemishes may occur during manufacturing, these are easily addressed during the preparation process.
The interior features a diamond-stitched headliner incorporating six layers of material, including foam, a heat barrier, and a sound deadener. This design reduces road noise and enhances cabin insulation for a quieter, more comfortable ride. Tinted side and rear glass match the factory finish, while the included wiper motor assembly, weather-stripping, and wiring harness provide a seamless integration with your Bronco’s original components.
Quarter locks and J-hooks ensure a secure and precise fit, while composite honeycomb inserts provide added strength for off-road durability. The hardtop supports a dynamic roof rack weight capacity of 110 pounds and a static capacity of 450 pounds, making it ideal for outdoor gear and accessories.
