Designed to work with Borla(r) Cat-Back(tm) Systems ONLY. This Borla(r) SwitchFire(r) X-Pipe is designed to replace the Merge X-Pipe in Borla(r) Cat-Back(tm) systems 140742, 140743, 140745, and 140746 and the Black Chrome and Carbon Fiber tip versions of them. Contains 2) 2.25" I.D. Inlet x 2.75" I.D. Outlet x 5" Long Adapters, 1) SwitchFire(r) Assembly, and 4 clamps. SwitchFire(r) X-Pipe is 25.3" Long x 7.8" Wide x 5" High (dimensions do not include adapters), with 2.75" O.D. Inlet and 3" I.D. Outlet. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, Borla(r)'s patented SwitchFire(r) design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. Each SwitchFire(r) X-Pipe is built from premium, high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Well worth it.

Just bought these clears for my mk7 and love them already. took under a hour to install and i feel like it was a much needed addition for my car. only thing i will say is if you buy them be aware that you have to take your reverse bulb out of your stock tail lights and put them into these (takes 30 seconds to get them out and put them in these new ones) follow my ig: dstagetwo ;)

Great little side marker!

GreEasy to install on my E46 M3 and it looks more modern with the LED lighting. Yes, the light does stay on for a minute (or two) after I un/lock it but it actually looks pretty cool. Definitely an easy modification to update your car's look.
