Duraflex products ship by freight due to size. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery — you must respond to avoid delays or re-delivery fees.
Signature Required
An adult must be present to sign. The driver cannot leave the package without a signature.
Inspect Before Signing
You MUST check the item before signing:
- Look for box damage
- Open and inspect the product
- Note any damage on the delivery slip
If you sign “received in good condition,” damage claims cannot be approved.
If Damage Is Found
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos + video immediately
- Contact K2 Industries right away
If the product is severely damaged, you may refuse delivery.
Missed Delivery Fees
If you miss or reject a scheduled delivery appointment, the carrier may charge re-delivery or storage fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking + Packaging
Shipments are insured and include tracking. Some kits may ship in multiple boxes or pallets. But NOTE if there is damage - it must be noted upon delivery to driver.
